Google Analytics uses cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. 6. Use of Google Web Fonts:

This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you visit a website, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. This makes Google aware that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your browser does not support Web Fonts, a default font will be used by your computer. For more information about Google Web Fonts, please see https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

7. If you enter into a mandate agreement with us:

You can conclude a mandate agreement with us. For this purpose, we collect the personal data that you provide to us. This also includes the personal data of any contact persons. We may pass on your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the contract. We process personal data within the framework of mandate agreements (i) for the conclusion and implementation of the respective mandate agreement (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR), (ii) on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest (communication with contact persons, cf. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR), (iii) on the basis of our legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR) and/or (iv) on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in enforcing claims or Defense against claims (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR). In the context of any necessary balancing of interests, we weighed up the confidentiality interest of the contact persons and our interest in client-related communication. The confidentiality interest of the contact persons relevant to the mandate takes a back seat, as otherwise we would not be able to fulfil our obligations under the mandate agreement.

This is the case if, for example, the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you. If you exercise such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the facts of the case and will either discontinue or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we are continuing the processing.
