Anna is a business lawyer with extensive experience in the field, with a particular specialism in banking and capital markets law. She has advised on numerous complex mandates in the areas of capital markets and financial regulation, playing a central role in both the legal and organisational coordination of large-scale proceedings.
Her work focused in particular on the representation of creditors, including in the insolvency proceedings of a group of shipping container management companies, as well as in the largest insolvency case to date involving a listed German payment service provider.
In addition to her legal expertise, Anna brings substantial experience in project and process management.
