Anna Lempart is a business lawyer and worked for several years in a law firm specializing in banking and capital markets law, based in Munich. The focus of her work was the legal and organizational support of several complex mandates in the field of capital market law. She also assisted in the representation of a large number of creditors in the insolvency proceedings of a group of shipping container management companies and in the largest insolvency proceedings of a listed German payment processor and financial services provider.
