Fabian Schroeter
Fabian advises national and international companies on complex commercial law issues and disputes. He represents his clients in and out of court.
Fabian completed his legal training in Munich. He already specialised in corporate law issues during his studies and has gained experience in corporate and capital markets law as well as in sector-specific legal advice for the hospitality industry and in litigation (proceedings before state courts and arbitration proceedings under the DIS Arbitration Rules) in his previous practice at two major law firms.
Fabian has already advised on the formation of companies, ongoing corporate law matters and shareholder disputes. Fabian’s mandates concerning the hotel and gastronomy industry focused in particular on the related franchise, rental and lease contractual relationships. With this experience, Fabian is able to view his clients’ legal matters from different legal perspectives while always keeping an eye on the practical feasibility of his advice.
Before studying and working as a lawyer, Fabian worked for several years as a commercial pilot for a German airline. He still holds an active pilot’s licence for commercial and other aircraft.
