Fabian advises national and international companies on complex commercial law issues and disputes. He represents his clients both in and out of court, combining in-depth legal expertise with a strong focus on the practical feasibility of his advice.

His professional experience at two major law firms includes corporate and capital markets law as well as litigation – before state courts as well as in arbitration proceedings under the DIS Arbitration Rules. Fabian has advised clients on company formations, day-to-day corporate law matters, and shareholder disputes. He also brings particular expertise from his industry-specific legal work for companies in the hospitality sector, including franchise, lease, and tenancy agreements.

Fabian studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, where he also completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat). During his studies, he specialized in corporate law, capital markets, and insolvency law.

Before his legal career, Fabian worked for several years as a commercial airline pilot for Air Berlin. This experience continues to shape his ability to maintain perspective in complex situations and make precise decisions. He still holds an active pilot license, including for commercial aircraft.
