DMR Legal advised Verdane, the Northern European growth equity investor, on the leveraged buyout financing in relation to the indirect acquisition of Lomadox GmbH as an add on to their e-commerce platform Premium.XL. Lomadox GmbH is active as online retailer for furniture, accessories and other products in the categories, home, bath, garden, and leisure under the brand name “Lomado”. This acquisition draws on Verdane’s extensive knowledge of the European re-commerce space and experience from more than 30 previous e-commerce investments.
