Julia Schimizek has been an associate at DMR Legal since 2025 and a solicitor since 2026. She advises national and international clients on commercial law, specialising in banking and capital market law as well as corporate law.
A key part of her work involves supporting clients in disputes and representing them in court. She also advises companies on complex corporate law issues, particularly in connection with the preparation and execution of general meetings and the implementation of committee resolutions.
Before joining DMR Legal, she gained extensive experience in dispute resolution at Pinsent Masons in Munich and in litigation and corporate law at Sonntag & Partner in Augsburg.
Julia studied law at the University of Augsburg and completed her legal training at the Munich Higher Regional Court, specialising in commercial law.
