Lime is an Associate at DMR Legal advising in the areas of finance, restructuring and insolvency.
His practice focuses on advising management bodies, shareholders, and creditors in corporate crisis situations. He also supports companies and stakeholders in financial restructurings, in particular with respect to the reorganization of debt and bond financings as well as in pre-insolvency restructuring proceedings.
Lime further advises on complex financing structures, especially in the areas of real estate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts, and venture debt financings. In addition, he has extensive experience in advising on corporate transactions in special situations (Distressed M&A).
Before joining DMR Legal, Lime worked at the Frankfurt office of a leading law firm specialized in restructuring and insolvency, where he was involved in major restructuring mandates as well as cross-border transactions.
He studied law at the University of Augsburg and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich.
