Deal Announcement – DMR Legal advises Korian on refinancing of six nursing home properties in Baden-Württemberg, Germany
Munich, 3. July 2023 – DMR legal advised Korian on a property refinancing of six care homes in Germany. The loan is provided by Postbank – a branch of Deutsche Bank.
Korian (now Clariane) is the leading European provider of inpatient care, outpatient care & assisted living, and medical intensive care. Operator of the nursing homes refinanced is Schauinsland Pflegebetriebs-GmbH, a group company of Korian.
